Controller
U – WISH8500 control system: adopting the integration of highly integrated motherboard as the core of the elevator control system with high reliability of the RSL communication system, the elevator parts tightly together. Driving poart adopts vector frequency conversion technology og high precision, realize the landing directly, make the elevator running more smooth and comfortable, higher operation efficiency, and at the same time its concise compact appearance also more conducive to actual installation.
Belt Machine
UN – VILLA III home elevator using permanent magnet synchronous gearless steal belt traction machine, cancel the traditional reducer, coaxial transmission technology and advanced vector frequency conversion control technology, which not only greatly reduces the power consumption, improve the transmission efficiency, and saves space to use, but also eliminate transmission of noise and vibration to make the elevator running more quiet. The cancellation of the reducer also makes machine do not need lubrication operation, make the elevator running environment more clean and environmental protection
Composite Steel Belt
Polyurethane coating instead of the traditional wire rope flax core, will rearrange strand wire package to prevent corrosion and wear. Composite steel belt compared with the traditional steel wire rope, without oil lubrication, solved in 150 years could not avoid the shaft of oil pollution make the elevator running in the green environment.
